- Do not wax, pluck, or thread for 4-6 weeks before
- Avoid retinoids and exfoliating acids for 5-7 days before
2After Your Treatment
- Apply aloe vera or prescribed soothing cream to the area
- Avoid sun exposure and use SPF 30+ for at least 2 weeks
- Avoid hot showers, saunas, and swimming for 48 hours
- Do not wax or pluck between sessions — shaving only
