    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa website (skinlv.com), our online booking and payment systems, our SMS communications program, and the services we provide at our Las Vegas, NV location. By using our website, booking an appointment, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

    Booking Deposits & Cancellation Policy

    A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve any appointment booked through our online calendar. The deposit is applied toward the final cost of your service at the time of treatment.

    Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will allow the deposit to remain on file for a future booking or be refunded upon request. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-call / no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

    Special exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request an exception, please call the clinic directly at (702) 705-7546.

    Treatment Consent

    All clients must complete a consultation and consent form prior to receiving treatment. Our licensed professionals will review your medical history and discuss expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare instructions.

    Medical Services & Supervision

    SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa offers aesthetic and medical-aesthetic services that may be performed under the supervision of a licensed medical director and delivered by appropriately credentialed practitioners in accordance with Nevada law, including regulations administered by the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners, the Nevada State Board of Nursing, and the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology, as applicable. The scope of any service available at our clinic, and the credentials of the practitioner who performs it, are determined by these regulations.

    Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk

    Every treatment carries inherent risks, including but not limited to redness, swelling, bruising, pigmentation changes, infection, scarring, allergic reaction, and outcomes that may not meet your expectations. Prior to receiving any treatment, you will be asked to review and sign a treatment-specific informed consent form that explains the procedure, the expected outcomes, the known risks, and the alternatives. By signing the consent form and proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept these risks to the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law.

    Health History & Client Representations

    You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information regarding your medical history, allergies, current medications, prior aesthetic treatments, pregnancy or nursing status, and any other condition that could affect the safety or outcome of your service. SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa relies on the information you provide. You are responsible for notifying us of any changes prior to treatment. Withholding or misrepresenting health information may result in harm and releases SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa, its owners, employees, and affiliated medical professionals from liability for adverse outcomes resulting from such omission or misstatement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

    Photography & Media Release

    We may take clinical photographs of treated areas before, during, and after your appointment for medical recordkeeping, treatment planning, and quality-assurance purposes. These clinical photographs are stored as part of your treatment record. Use of any photograph, video, likeness, or testimonial in marketing materials (including social media, website, and advertising) requires your separate written consent, which you may decline or withdraw at any time without affecting your access to treatment. Photography or recording of staff, other clients, or our treatment areas by clients is not permitted without prior written authorization.

    Aftercare Compliance

    Following each treatment, you will receive aftercare instructions specific to the service performed. Failure to follow aftercare instructions can affect your results and may increase the risk of complications. SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa is not responsible for outcomes attributable to non-compliance with aftercare guidance.

    Late Arrival Policy

    We do our best to honor every appointment in full. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled at our discretion. If a service cannot be safely or fully performed in the remaining time, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation policy stated above will apply.

    Right to Refuse Service

    SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa reserves the right to decline, postpone, or discontinue any service if, in our professional judgment, the treatment is unsafe, contraindicated, or otherwise inappropriate. Reasons may include but are not limited to undisclosed medical conditions, intoxication, threatening or abusive behavior, or any other circumstance that could compromise the safety of clients or staff.

    Pricing & Payment

    Prices listed on our website are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of your appointment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Membership pricing is governed by the membership terms you agree to at sign-up.

    Refunds & Service Credits

    Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable. In the limited cases where a refund or service credit is granted, it will be applied at our discretion toward a future service of equal or lesser value. Pre-paid packages and treatment series are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by Nevada law.

    Gift Cards & Packages

    Gift cards are valid for the value purchased and do not expire except as required by Nevada law. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-replaceable if lost or stolen, and may not be redeemed for cash. Treatment packages and series are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.

    Membership Terms

    SKIN LV membership tiers (such as Essentials, VIP, and Elite) are governed by the membership agreement provided at the time of enrollment. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel a membership at any time by contacting us in writing at Info@skinlv.com. Cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle, and prior charges are non-refundable. Accrued, unused member benefits are forfeited at cancellation unless otherwise stated in the membership agreement.

    Communications & Systems

    SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa uses trusted third-party systems to manage appointment scheduling, calendar bookings, client communications (including SMS and email), payment processing, and secure recordkeeping. These systems operate under contractual data-protection obligations and process your information solely on our behalf to deliver and support your care. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

    SMS / Text Messaging Program

    Program description. By opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa (the "Program") at the mobile phone number provided. Messages will be sent from (725) 257-5552, a 10-digit long code (10DLC) registered to SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa. Message types may include:

    • Appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and treatment follow-up
    • Account notifications and customer service replies
    • Promotional offers, membership announcements, and seasonal specials

    Opt-in methods. You may opt in to receive text messages from SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa by any of the following methods:

    • Checking the SMS consent checkbox on any lead form, contact form, service inquiry form, booking modal, qualifier quiz, bundle-inquiry form, or newsletter signup form on skinlv.com. All web forms use a shared consent component that presents two separate, unchecked-by-default checkboxes — a required transactional consent and an optional marketing consent — along with links to our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.
    • Completing an appointment booking on our GoHighLevel-powered calendar system linked from skinlv.com service pages, landing pages, and post-purchase confirmation pages. Phone number and SMS consent are captured inside the GHL booking widget.
    • Providing your mobile number and consent verbally during an in-clinic intake or check-in, logged to our CRM by our staff.

    The transactional consent language shown at web-form capture reads: "I agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related messages from SKIN Las Vegas via SMS and email. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." The optional marketing consent language reads: "I'd like to receive promotions, specials, and beauty tips from SKIN Las Vegas via SMS and email." Both consent flags are timestamped and stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel) alongside the mobile number and opt-in source. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

    Express written consent. By opting in, you give your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional SMS messages from SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

    Opt-in confirmation. After your initial opt-in, you will receive a single confirmation message from SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa identifying the Program, describing the messages you will receive, stating that message frequency varies, noting that message and data rates may apply, and including HELP and STOP instructions.

    Sample messages.

    • Appointment reminder: "SKIN LV: Hi [Name], this is a reminder of your appointment on [date] at [time]. Reply C to confirm or call (702) 705-7546 to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
    • Booking confirmation: "SKIN LV: Your [Service] is confirmed for [date] at [time]. A $50 deposit has been applied. Reply STOP to opt out."
    • Promotional offer: "SKIN LV: Member-exclusive — 20% off Hydrafacials this week. Book at skinlv.com. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

    Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointments, account activity, and any promotional offers you have consented to receive.

    HELP. For assistance, reply HELP to any message, email Info@skinlv.com, or call (702) 705-7546.

    STOP. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out requests are honored immediately, and you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe. To re-subscribe, repeat any of the opt-in methods listed above.

    Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    Eligibility. The SMS program is available to U.S. mobile subscribers on a participating wireless carrier. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

    Privacy. No mobile information, opt-in data, or consent records will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Subcontractors that directly support our messaging operations (such as our SMS provider and scheduling system) may process this data solely on our behalf under contractual data-protection obligations. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how SMS data is handled.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law, SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliated medical professionals are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, our website, or the SMS program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Nevada or federal law.

    Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliated medical professionals from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) inaccurate or incomplete health-history disclosures, or (c) non-compliance with aftercare instructions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

    Force Majeure

    SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa is not liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public-health emergencies, government-mandated closures, utility outages, internet or telecommunications failures, or supply-chain disruptions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected appointments.

    Governing Law & Venue

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

    Dispute Resolution

    Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa in writing at Info@skinlv.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter in good faith. If a dispute remains unresolved after thirty (30) days from the date written notice is received, either party may pursue available legal remedies. Nothing in this section limits any party's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

    Severability & Entire Agreement

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our membership agreement (if applicable), and any signed treatment consent forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and SKIN Las Vegas Med Spa with respect to your use of our website, SMS program, and services.

    Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
