    Hollywood Peel

    Definition

    A painless, no-downtime laser facial — also called a carbon laser peel — that applies a layer of liquid carbon to the skin and uses a laser to vaporize it, clearing pores and creating an instant glow.

    Nicknamed the 'Hollywood Peel' because of its popularity with celebrities before red-carpet events, this treatment combines a topical layer of liquid carbon with a laser pass. The carbon binds to oil and debris in the pores; when the laser passes over, it vaporizes the carbon and pulls those impurities out with it.
